Overview
We are seeking a Senior, experienced technology leader to lead an enterprise-wide assessment of its 120+ software applications, with the objective of retiring or consolidating ~30% of the portfolio to deliver significant cost savings and operational efficiency.
This role requires an individual with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior leaders across business units to understand application usage, value, and impact. The role reports directly to the CIO or an Executive Director reporting to the CIO.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading application rationalization or portfolio optimization in a large organization
- Senior technology leadership background (e.g., CIO, CTO, Fractional CIO, SVP/VP Engineering, senior IT leader)
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making capability
