Job Details

We are seeking a results-oriented Quality Manager who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and takes ownership of process integrity, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team, influence production standards, and implement sustainable quality systems that prevent issues before they arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team, including hiring, coaching, daily oversight, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to track performance and compliance.
  • Support the implementation and analysis of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to monitor trends and reduce variation.
  • Improve inspection and detection methods to reduce nonconformities and enhance product quality.
  • Address customer complaints promptly investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure closure.
  • Identify and execute quality improvement initiatives focused on long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Train teams in problem-solving methodologies, including root cause analysis, 5-Why, and 8D.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of quality or production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting; experience with ERP and QMS software is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) required.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.
