Job Description:
Pay Range: $57.14hr - $62.14hr
- The Growth Consultant will drive digital growth strategies across multiple business units to expand product adoption and strengthen audience connections.
- This role focuses heavily on paid media, experimentation, data insights, and optimizing campaign performance across digital channels.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead paid media campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, acting as a subject matter expert within the Search, Social, and Growth Center of Excellence.
- Own and drive digital marketing strategies that support brand marketing, financial professionals, distributors, institutional partners, and worksite teams.
- Build, communicate, and execute testing plans for digital activations.
- Support weekly and bi-weekly performance reviews by providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Maintain relationships with platform partners, especially in paid social and programmatic.
- Plan media, set up, QA, execute, and report on campaigns across social, programmatic, and content marketing channels.
- Identify and evaluate new channel partners based on business needs.
- Deliver insights, optimizations, and strategic planning recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Present campaign findings and strategies to internal and external teams.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve execution and campaign efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of digital or growth marketing experience.
- 2+ years of experience with web analytics, paid ads managers, social listening tools, publishing tools, SEO tools, Google Ads, and tag management.
- 2+ years of A/B and multivariate testing experience.
- Strong data fluency and ability to drive insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build process flows and quality control procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
- Passion for audience insights and using research/data to inform strategy.
- Good analytical capability to apply findings across channels.
- Experience with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree.
