Title: IT Application Manager (VP)

Location: Northeastern U.S. (Hybrid, 2-3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* We are looking for a senior-level IT Application Manager to oversee a suite of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on financial platforms.
* This hands-on role combines deep business application insight with strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
* The Application Manager will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and ensuring performance and reliability across critical systems.
* Key responsibilities include managing system upgrades, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, leading support efforts, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Skills:
* Over 10 years of IT experience, preferably in finance or banking environments
* In-depth knowledge of cloud-based enterprise financial systems, including general ledger, payables, fixed assets, procurement, and expense modules
* Strong understanding of budgeting and planning systems, including workforce and capital planning
* Familiarity with data analytics and reporting platforms
* Proven project management and business analysis abilities
* Demonstrated expertise in software development lifecycle processes (both agile and traditional)
* Experience with system integration, data conversions, file transfers, and application life cycle management
* Strong skills in querying languages, server environments, and office productivity tools
* Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
* Ability to guide teams, manage priorities, and work under tight deadlines

Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with next-gen financial planning tools
* Experience with business intelligence platforms
* Professional certifications in project or business analysis
* Understanding of enterprise reporting strategies
* Background managing internal and external audit activities

Compensation:
Pay Range: $145000K-$165000K
