Note: Onsite position.
Job Description:
Act as the single point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Manage the submission of resumes in response to USAC Task Order Requests via the iCIMS portal.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and replacement processes for contractor personnel.
Ensure all communication with USAC managers is handled through proper channels (e.g., only performance-related communication may go directly to USAC managers).
Provide status updates, reports, and deliverables as required by USAC.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms, including confidentiality, reporting, and IT security requirements.
Collaborate with internal recruiting and HR teams to ensure delivery of qualified and cleared candidates per labor category requirements.
Oversee the transition process of incumbent staff (if applicable) during contract onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT staff augmentation or professional services account management.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale government contracts or IDIQ/Master Service Agreements.
Strong knowledge of contract compliance, onboarding procedures, and reporting in government environments.
Proficiency with staffing portals such as iCIMS or similar ATS platforms.
Exceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple task orders and staffing needs simultaneously.
