Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Maintain Data Center Infrastructure: Use tools like SolarWinds to oversee cooling systems, AC, humidity, fire panels, and hardware/software performance.
- Rack & Stack / Decommissioning: Handle physical equipment, especially removing outdated hardware.
- Troubleshooting & Escalation: Address hardware, network, or software issues and escalate appropriately.
- Documentation & Incident Management: Maintain records and manage tickets via ServiceNow.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup: Support business continuity through recovery planning.
- Environmental Monitoring: Ensure optimal power and cooling conditions.
Skills:
- 3+ years of data center/network monitoring experience.
- Experience with rack & stack, especially decommissioning.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, network storage, and escalation protocols.
- ServiceNow proficiency.
Schedule:
- Third Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
- Must be open to working weekends and holidays.
- Requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently.
