Position Title: Financial Analyst (Administrative & Data Operations Focus)

Pay Rate: Min $18/hr on W2 Competitive (Based on experience)
Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced technical environment. This role blends financial and data analysis with strong administrative coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, excels in Excel-based data management, and is comfortable working closely with software developers, managers, and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Compile, format, and maintain reports, memos, presentations, and background documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Organize, clean, and analyze data in Excel, including pivot tables and structured datasets
Track and follow up on task completion to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Manage and maintain accurate team data, including employee and contractor records
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, capture meeting notes, and summarize action items
Manage team task boards, assign work items, and adjust workflows as needed
Serve as Audit Coordinator by assigning audits, tracking timelines, and coordinating with auditors and SMEs
Draft and distribute professional communications to technical teams and leadership
Support facilities and office operations, including cube assignments, equipment and supply orders
Submit and track service requests related to facilities or technical needs
Collect, manage, and archive electronic documents and digital signatures
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Required Skills / Education:
2 3 years of experience in a technical, IT, or professional services environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience supporting cross-functional or technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Excel pivot tables and advanced data manipulation
Familiarity with task automation tools or workflow management systems
Basic experience with Power Apps or similar low-code tools
Associate s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent practical experience
