UKG Integration Architect

Seattle, WA

Role Description:

1 Building integration on Dell Boomi.

2 Working with the core group to plan the migration from WFC to WFD.

3 Willingness to work along with the team during all priority scenarios

Essential Skills: Experience with designing and implementing the integrations for UKG Pro WFMDimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores)

1. Development Troubleshooting experience in interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform Integrations through APIs

2. Good understanding of integration for all components in WFD like Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration

3. Experience with following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper Accruals Leave Attendance Attestation Advanced Scheduler Activities

4. Have good experience with integrations using Dell Boomi

5. Experience with creating custom reports

6. Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.

7. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. 8. Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements. 9. Develop documentation for systems and processes.

Desirable Skills:

1. UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)

2. Experience in implementing upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces. Experience with SQLs

3. A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.

6. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
