Financial Planning Analyst (Only W2, No C2C- Local candidates only)

Duties:

• The Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the creation and execution of high-quality financial plans. By managing data entry, coordinating workflows, and ensuring accuracy across various planning software platforms, the Analyst serves as a key connection between advisors and consultants. The Analyst will also contribute to advisor onboarding, process improvement, and creating financial planning deliverables that support more profitable and effective client outcomes.

Skills:

• At least 1+ years experience in financial services.
• Series 7 license at time of application
• Series 63 or equivalent license or attain within 180 days of start.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

• Client data entry to various planning software including but not limited to eMoney, Right Capital, and Money Guide Elite.
• Assist team members with basic to intermediate plan analysis, plan design, and development of client strategy to meet client goals.
• Help manage workflow between advisors/planners and case consultants to ensure timely delivery of plans. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between planners and consultants.
• Prepare correspondence, track financial plan progress, and communicate where needed.
