Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to support a high-priority special project for a leading enterprise tech client. This individual will play a key role in designing and developing advanced Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
- Lead data migration initiatives involving Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Entitlements
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization through Salesforce
- Ensure best practices for deployment, unit/system testing, and documentation
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of CPQ solutions (if applicable)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture and custom development
- Strong experience in data integration and ETL processes
- Solid background in event-driven architecture and Lightning App development
- Experience in system migration to Salesforce
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- CPQ implementation experience
- Exposure to other CRMs (e.g., Siebel, NetSuite, PeopleSoft)
- Experience with Data.com, data governance, and data migration best practices
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
