Workplace Solutions within Infrastructure Technology & Operations is seeking to hire a Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead and support our Enterprise Help Desk, Knowledge Management and Application End User Support Products within our End User Support Product Family.

- Understands the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the product family, and product division, including the impact of changes in one area on another area which includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between products and services, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance and value provided to teammates
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience within information Technology
- 5+ years of experience leading products and services in support of end users
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in a lead role such as project manager, team lead, product manager, product owner, or other similar lead roles
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with IT organization, strategy, processes and tools
