Job Details
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX-Products Designer with a background in healthcare and wellness PaaS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing intuitive, user-friendly Figma interfaces for our platform of wellness software products. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the wellness industry, as well as a strong grasp of design principles and best practices.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity Figma visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software design.
- Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end users throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with other designers working on interconnected projects happening in parallel.
Skills
- Strong qualitative user research skills, including user interviews and contextual inquiry.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on healthcare/wellness PaaS applications
- Understanding of HIPAA, and PHI
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Ability to write user-friendly micro-copy, and create/maintain writing a style guide.
- Experience with conversational design
- Deep understanding of design principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
- A portfolio that shows how you solve problems through your design process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
