What You'll Do
As an Electrical Engineer II, you'll be part of a hands-on team responsible for the full lifecycle of test system development-from concept to deployment. You'll work across disciplines to design, integrate, and troubleshoot test equipment for Raytheon's advanced defense products.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engineering and production test systems
- Create schematics, technical drawings, and test interface adapters
- Perform circuit design and analysis (power, RF chain, error budgets)
- Integrate test instruments and environments for lab and factory systems
- Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis efforts
- Collaborate across teams to resolve development and implementation challenges
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced STEM degree
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience in electrical engineering: troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
- Proficiency with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
- Familiarity with test equipment: oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters
- Ability to interpret and work with schematic capture tools
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master's degree in STEM (ABET accreditation preferred)
- Experience in analog, digital, and RF design
- Background in mixed-signal and electrical system interconnects
- Familiarity with integrated development environments and debugging tools
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
- Project management and proposal development experience
- Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization
- Programming language development and implementation experience
- Experience with RTX projects, systems, or enhancements
