- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP PP-PI implementations—from blueprinting through post-go-live support.
- Manage integration points with PM, QM, MM, FI, and CO modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with developers on enhancements and customizations.
- Provide training and mentorship to internal SAP teams and users.
- Maintain project documentation including specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Stay current with SAP trends, innovations, and best practices in PP-PI.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in Process Industries.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP PP-PI configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple full-cycle SAP PP-PI projects.
- Expertise in Production Planning, MRP, and Production Execution.
- Strong integration experience with SAP PM, QM, MM, FI/CO.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI experience.
- S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation experience, ideally with RISE with SAP.
- SAP Manufacturing certification.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud platform.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
