Job Description<>Role Overview</>

The Policy & Quality Assurance Lead will ensure Keystone's future-state processes and system integrations align with Booz Allen policies and requirements. This role evaluates policy impacts, supports design decisions, and provides oversight for testing and cross-system data validation. The Lead coordinates with functional, technical, and finance teams to ensure accuracy, control alignment, and readiness across Icertis, Infor LN, and Costpoint throughout design, build, and implementation.

<>Key Responsibilities</>

Conduct an enterprise-wide review of existing company policies and SOPs impacted by Keystone. As output of the review, create and maintain the Keystone Policy Impact Register – a living document that tracks which policies require updates, approvals, or training. Identify obsolete, conflicting, or duplicative policies and coordinate updates or retirements with Enterprise Operations. In collaboration with respective policies and/or process owners, draft or revise policies, procedures, and process maps to align with standardized S2P and CLM workflows enabled by Infor and Icertis. Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to communicate policy changes and update employee training materials. Develop and oversee the testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression) across all systems. Author and oversee execution of test cases tied to compliance, financial accuracy, and system integrations. Validate workflows during integration testing. Track defects and support remediation. Validate cross-system data and accounting accuracy during end-to-end testing. Maintain traceability between requirements, design decisions, and testing outcomes. Support readiness assessments and milestone reviews.

<>Qualifications</>

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

· 10+ years of experience in policy analysis and quality assurance within complex systems.

· Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL).

· Extensive experience authoring master test strategy/plan and detailed test scripts to ensure thorough validation of system functionalities and requirements.

· Proven track record in authoring and revising corporate policies and procedures.

· Excellent analytical and writing skills; ability to translate business process changes into actionable policies.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence both executives and cross-functional teams.

· Demonstrated success in leading quality assurance efforts and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

· CPA, CGFM, CISA, or PMP certification

· Prior experience in supply chain modernization efforts

· Prior involvement in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) initiatives.

· Familiarity with Supplier Exchange portals and flow-down requirements.

· Demonstrated success leading cross-functional policy harmonization efforts.
