- Role Focus: New architect role focused on accelerating the development pipeline using AI, specifically aiming to streamline the process from story gathering to code deployment in Salesforce.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to speed up requirements gathering, code generation, and deployment.
- Guide the team in selecting and setting up the right tools for automation and validation throughout the pipeline.
- Ensure the pipeline can take stories, validate them, and move them efficiently to production with minimal manual intervention.
- Desired Experience:
- Prior experience building or integrating AI-driven pipelines, even though this is a relatively new area.
- Ability to advise on best practices for tool selection, setup, and validation processes.
- Strategic Context: This role is part of an upcoming organizational update, with a strong engineering focus and a mandate to leverage AI for throughput improvements.

Top Requirements for Salesforce Architect role
- Technical Architect: Salesforce Platform setting up best practices, will play a key role in part of decision making with evolution of the program.
