Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate whose concentration has been coding and working under the hood. We are not looking for a functional consultant who has done some coding.
This is a great opportunity to work on a New Oracle HCM implementation. It is our expectation that each candidate you submit be Technically Screened to make sure they have the skills the client needs.
Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer,with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules(Core HR, Compensation,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
Expectations:
- Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementations
- Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams
- Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check
- SQL Experience is needed and Python is a plus.
Required Skills
Expertise as a Systems Analyst/Developer, specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules
Implementation and support experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including:
Core HR
Payroll
Oracle Talent Acquisition (TA)
Talent Management (TM)
Benefits & Retirement
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience building reports using:
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
Experience training and mentoring team members
Strong SQL programming skills
Experience with Python
