Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Tech Lead - Integrations & Custom Extensions to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions for a large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementation. This role will focus on integrations across Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, Oracle Field Service, and Projects modules using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as well as building custom extensions with Oracle VBCS and PCS.

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Tech Lead - Integrations & Custom Extensions to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions for a large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementation. This role will focus on integrations across Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, Oracle Field Service, and Projects modules using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as well as building custom extensions with Oracle VBCS and PCS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration strategy and execution across Oracle Cloud modules using OIC.
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional leads to design scalable, secure integration architectures.
- Manage the integration RICEW inventory and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle-native methods.
- Build custom extensions using Oracle VBCS, PCS, and related tools.
- Lead and mentor an offshore development team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Define and enforce development standards including version control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and governance standards.
- Support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and deployment procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud technical implementations with a focus on integrations.
- Proven expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, event-based messaging).
- Experience with Oracle VBCS and PCS for custom extensions.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle ERP technical components including:
- Oracle Data Model
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- BICC (BI Cloud Connector)
- Experience leading offshore teams in a global delivery model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certification in Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle Field Service Cloud and Project Portfolio Management.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Background in data conversion strategies.
- Prior experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Project management knowledge (Agile/Scrum); PMI-ACP or CSM certification is a plus.
