FS Java Multithreading Architecture AWS PL/SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a FS Java Multithreading Architecture AWS PL/SQL in Durhan, NC.

Key Tasks:
* Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated application platforms for Fund and Investment operations
* Actively participate in the planning, execution, and delivery process for application product teams
* Utilize strong Java/J2EE Object-Oriented design and development skills
* Implement Core Java, Spring Boot, REST Web Services, Microservice API, Multithreading, and Database Development
* Use automation tools such as Cucumber and Protractor for testing
* Develop and maintain SQL proficiency (Oracle experience preferred) and ORM Tools (iBatis, Hibernate)
* Apply Unix and Shell scripting basics, and work with messaging platforms like ActiveMQ
* Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Leverage cloud knowledge, including AWS and 12 Factor application design (EKS)
* Utilize job scheduling technologies such as Control-m and Autosys
* Engage in UI Engineering with Angular Technology exposure
* Apply knowledge of Financial Investments or similar subject areas within the financial domain
* Work within Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
* Implement Microservices Architecture and build/deploy highly automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology
* Relevant experience of 7 - 9 years
* Strong Java/J2EE Object-Oriented design and development skills
* Core Java, Spring Boot, REST Web Services, Microservice API, Multithreading, Database Development, Informatica Exposure
* Experience in Automation using Cucumber, Protractor testing tools
* SQL proficiency (Oracle experience preferred), ORM Tools (iBatis, Hibernate)
* Unix and Shell scripting basics, Messaging platforms (ActiveMQ), and excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Exhibit proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills
* Shows passion and commitment to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks

* Exposure to AWS, 12 Factor application design, or any similar cloud knowledge (EKS)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
