Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all business facing activities with stakeholders as well as being involved in onboarding the designated scope for the privileged access team, the business, and system/application administrators. Additional responsibilities will include end user support and keeping track of upcoming go-lives by confirming that change request processes were followed, and communications were distributed.
Responsibilities:
Create business requirements for dashboards and reports
Responsible for Release planning - this includes communication with SMEs, Managers, and others, the release schedule, all release data requests and change requests, coordinating and facilitating readiness meetings.
Function as the Release Manager during release windows - own all communication for pre-production, production and post production activities for CyberArk implementation.
Other duties as assigned! These happen on the fly and are not always directly given by the manager, but by a project manager in the EPMO, however the manager has already discussed with the PM and has visibility on the ask and delivery by me.
Qualifications:
Typically requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor s degree specializing in computer science, information technology, project management, business administration, or closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Experience with elicitation, defining scope, creating documentation, and collaborating with technical staff.
Experience with SOX compliance policies and procedures
Cursory understanding of general security concepts.
Familiarity with PAM/IAM tools such as CyberArk, Active Directory, Okta, etc.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access governance.
Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Internet, and e-mail programs.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
Broadened nature of interaction to consult and make sound recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships and offer strong customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong meeting facilitation skills.
Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction. Serves as a resource for less experienced staff.
