Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in New York, NY as a full-time professional responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving technological adoption.
You'll work closely with partners to transform their content creation processes using advanced technologies.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and proactive execution.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with top partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Identify and address content challenges within partner accounts, providing tailored solutions.
Explore new markets and opportunities for product expansion.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, enhancing their technical understanding.
Provide actionable feedback to improve the product experience for partners.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with complex organizations.
Proven track record in implementing AI/ML solutions to achieve business outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with executive audiences.
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence systems.
