Edifecs EDI Specialist

Experience: 5+ years in Healthcare EDI

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Edifecs EDI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Edifecs products, strong healthcare EDI knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Edifecs Transaction Management, Trading Platform, SpecBuilder, and XEngine to design, configure, and maintain EDI processes.

  • Implement and manage healthcare EDI transactions for Provider and Payer domains.

  • Perform mapping, transformation, and validation of EDI transactions using Edifecs MapBuilder and related tools.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and optimization of EDI workflows.

  • Work with Linux environments for deployment, automation, and monitoring of EDI processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare EDI.

  • Strong expertise in Edifecs EDI Products:

    • XEngine

    • EAM

    • SpecBuilder

    • MapBuilder

    • Trading Platform

    • Transaction Management

  • Knowledge of healthcare domains (Provider, Payer).

  • Experience with Linux-based environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
