Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to oversee backend workflows and automation processes within our organization. This role involves optimizing tools and platforms to improve efficiency while ensuring seamless contract management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain backend systems and workflows using platforms such as Open to Close, Skyslope, DocuSign, and Zapier.
Develop and implement conditional logic flows to automate contract-related tasks and streamline operations.
Manage smart blocks within contract systems, including defining parent-child task relationships.
Provide training and support to team members on software tools and workflow processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support contract execution and compliance.
Create and update detailed documentation for system usage and workflow logic.
Customize and integrate tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Figma, and Airtable to enhance operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend workflows and integrations.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in contract operations, workflow automation, or backend system administration.
Strong knowledge of real estate contracts or other large purchase agreements.
Proficiency with no-code or low-code platforms and software customization.
Familiarity with tools such as Open to Close, Skyslope, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Excel, Figma, Airtable, and Zapier.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to document processes and provide effective training.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Advanced skills in Windows Server, Windows 10, and contract interpretation.
