We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.
Note - Hybrid Schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days remote (no exceptions). Local candidates preferred. Non-Local candidates must commit to relocation from Day 1.
Required / Desired Skills
Expertise in systems analyst developer (with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules)
Expertise in implementation and support of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, incl. Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle TA, TM Benefits&Ret.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
Experience training and mentoring Team
Experience with SQL Programming
Experience with Python
Expectations:
- Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementations
- Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams
- Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check
- SQL Experience is needed and Python is a plus
