Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Newark CA (onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer - you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce functionalities with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Utilize decorators and lifecycle hooks effectively to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Integrate external systems with Salesforce using web services (REST/SOAP) and JSON.
  • Design and implement authentication methods to ensure data security and user access control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
  • Proficiency in utilizing decorators and lifecycle hooks to enhance Salesforce applications.
  • Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), JSON, and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Experience in implementing authentication methods such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
