Description:
This is an entry-level position with the Desktop Support team. You will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit.
Required Skills:
  • The successful candidate minimum 6 months recent experience supporting technology.
  • A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired.
  • Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.

Job Duties:
  • Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
  • Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers.
  • Provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
  • Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
  • Document work in ServiceNow.
  • Provide excellent customer support to employees.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
