Title: Senior Databricks Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possibilities of Extension)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Databricks Consultant to take full ownership of projects, leading development efforts while ensuring security and seamless cloud integration. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Databricks solutions for data processing and analytics.
- Lead and manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within Databricks environments.
- Integrate Databricks with cloud platforms for scalable and efficient data processing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic insights.
- Monitor performance and optimize workloads for cost efficiency and operational excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest Databricks features and advancements in cloud security.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Databricks, including development, administration, and optimization.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for seamless integration.
- Solid understanding of security best practices in data engineering and cloud computing.
