Job Description
This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals)
Responsibilities:
- Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Imagining computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
- Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
The computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk. Professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
