Job Details

Title: Sr. QA Automation Engineer.
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days Hybrid from Day 1).
Duration: 12 Months Contract.

Job Description:

  • Automation resource (Playwright)
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Python for functional, UI, and regression testing.
  • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define UAT scenarios, coordinate user testing cycles, and validate business-critical workflows.
  • Conduct cross-browser and responsive UI testing to ensure a consistent user experience across different platforms and devices.
  • Work closely with business users and analysts to support and troubleshoot UAT issues, capturing feedback and ensuring a successful sign-off.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or REST Assured for backend validation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain stable, automated test environments and data sets.
  • Assist in testing applications with GenAI-integrated features, ensuring output accuracy, prompt behaviour, and alignment with defined use cases.
  • Create and maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test data, test results, and defect reports.
