Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture & Design
Lead the end-to-end architecture of a greenfield ServiceNow instance.
Define and enforce platform standards, governance, and best practices.
Architect scalable solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and integrations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and roadmap planning.
Implementation Leadership
Oversee module implementation from concept to deployment.
Guide development teams on technical design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security policies.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Drive automation, orchestration, and intelligent workflows.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Governance & Quality Assurance
Own the technical quality of deliverables across all phases.
Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and release management.
Ensure compliance with ITIL and other industry frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of greenfield ServiceNow implementations, especially ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and module design.
Strong experience with API development, integrations, and automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills across technical and business domains.
Experience working with global/multinational organizations and distributed teams.
Preferred Certifications & Skills
Certified ServiceNow Master Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist.
Certified ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
ITIL v3/v4 Certification or equivalent practical experience
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), automated testing, and deployment tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms, security frameworks, and data governance.
