Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting solutions. This role involves collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and streamline financial processes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for key meetings or project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP RAR modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP RAR with financial reporting needs.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor SAP updates and integrate best practices for revenue recognition.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Support integration with SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, CO) and external systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP RAR experience, including configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606, IFRS 15, and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in SAP RAR integration with SD, FI, and other modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client/team engagements.
• SAP RAR certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (BRIM, FICO).
• Advanced certifications in SAP RAR or related fields.
