Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a partially remote Scrum Master to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* Scrum Master will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Snowflake projects
* Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices
* As a Scrum Master, you will track and report on project progress, metrics, and deliverables
* Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies
* Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
* Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
* Experience with Snowflake and data engineering environments
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
