We are hiring an Associate Manager Finance & Accounting to lead financial operations for a global Fortune 100 client. This role involves managing teams and processes across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). We re looking for someone with strong finance and accounting knowledge, team leadership experience, and a background in industries like hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or financial services.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and outcome-driven Financial Planning (F&A) Associate Manager to lead finance and accounting service delivery for a Global Fortune 100 client. This role involves managing end-to-end F&A operationsacross multiple towers including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (RTR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate taxation, financial reporting, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA in Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including team leadership.
  • Knowledge of corporate tax, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Preferred certifications: CPA, ACCA, or Enrolled Agent (IRS).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in BPO/shared services and familiarity with the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industries is a plus.
