Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO with daily administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate meetings, calls, and events

Handle emails, communication, and follow-ups

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed

Assist with personal tasks and day-to-day support

Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant preferred
