Position : Solutions Engineer/Systems Engineer

Location : Remote

  • System Analyst, Product Information Management inriver - Solutions Engineer/Systems Engineer
  • Perform analysis on existing relational Create integrations, customizations, and non-relational structures from various sources and business groups automations
  • Consolidate Design technical specifications
  • Develop and Normalize the data and map enhance custom extensions to the destination data model support integrations and system workflow requirement
  • Identify new attributes Diagnose , build debug, and fix technical requirements while mapping to the business context issues reported from existing implementation
  • Understand, document, and usage of elaborate the attribute technical and non-technical requirements for system integrations and customization.
  • Recommend incremental updates to data model accommodating additional data attributes and entities
  • Work with technical team in implementing changes to data model
  • Evaluate the data for integrity and accuracy; feedback and work with business and technical teams to backfill gaps , if any
  • Leverage in-depth master data management and PIM knowledge combined with technical data analysis to gain significant insights to maintain and improve the master data.
  • Support content syndication to all retail partners & channels (Brand.com integration , Retailer.com, TR, 3rd party product feeds)including basic product content, retailer attributes, images, 360 spins, videos and enhanced/A+ content, etc.
  • Identify, track and report new data attributes across brands
  • Summarize and report the work progress on daily basis customization


Success criteria

  • Experience in programming with C# MVC, Visual Studio and .Net Core
  • Experience in integrations using JSON, REST APIs
  • Exposure to system integrations and concepts
  • Exposure to APIs and data exchange format
  • Experience analyzing large sets of data to glean insights around product information and product data structure
  • Experience in working with relational databases and normalization of non-relational data technical teams working on backend, middleware or frontend platforms
  • Ability to validate data integrity, completeness, and relevance to the business requirements
  • Support technical and architectural changes in transforming product information while maintaining the data integrity and hierarchy structure.
  • Exhibit curiosity and the desire to learn new tools and technologies; Tech savviness with an initiative to learn new software systems quickly
  • Thrive in a fast-past, dynamic environment and prioritize work and time effectively
  • Must be able to understand current and future state data models integrations, recommend changes based on the outcome of analysis performed
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have keen eye for details
