Automation Test Lead (Cloud Infrastructure Automation Exp must require)

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead infrastructure and application automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and resiliency.
• - Design and implement change resiliency frameworks to ensure minimal disruption during infrastructure changes.
• - Collaborate with platform, network, and application teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
• - Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using industry-standard tools and languages.
• - Manage change management processes, including impact analysis, rollback planning, and post-change validation.
• - Monitor and report on automation performance, change success rates, and resiliency metrics.
• - Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards in all automation activities.
• - Act as a point of contact for stakeholders during change events and automation deployments.
• - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance automation and resiliency capabilities.

Required Skills:

• - Over 12 years of experience in IT/SDET/Automation Testing.
• - Strong experience in infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• - Knowledge of application automation frameworks and integration techniques.
• - Understanding of change management processes and ITIL practices.
• - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud Platform as a plus).
• - Ability to design and implement resilient infrastructure solutions.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
