Netskope Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Netskope Installation Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Netskope cloud security solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with security technologies, network architecture, and cloud-based security solutions. You will work closely with IT security teams, network engineers, and clients to ensure the seamless implementation and optimization of Netskope solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and optimize Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in deploying Netskope solutions in hybrid and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure seamless integration with existing security policies, firewalls, and identity management systems.
• Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Netskope deployments.
• Develop documentation, including installation guides, best practices, and training materials for end-users and administrators.
• Assist in policy creation and enforcement using Netskope's Security Cloud.
• Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring, issue resolution, and upgrades.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT and security teams on Netskope solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and Netskope product updates.

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Netskope security solutions, including SWG, CASB, or ZTNA.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS) and security concepts (firewalls, proxies, VPNs, SSO, and MFA).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and integrating security solutions into hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and configuration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and documentation.

• Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SIEM solutions and integration with Netskope security logs.
• Previous experience in a consulting, implementation, or professional services role.
