Job Details
: Senior/Lead AEM Developer (10+ Years Experience)
:- Architecture & Design: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AEM solutions, including custom components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Development: Hands-on coding in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, and HTL (Sightly) for AEM features.
- Integration: Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (Analytics, Target, DAM, etc.) and third-party systems.
- Performance & Optimization: Optimize AEM performance, security, and scalability for large-scale deployments.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of quality code and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- DevOps: Support AEM deployment processes (Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience: 10+ years in software development, with significant focus on AEM.
- Core AEM: Deep knowledge of AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRXDE, Dispatcher).
- Programming: Expert in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Tools: Proficient with Maven, Git, and AEM Developer tools.
- Marketing Cloud: Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Target, and DAM.
- Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM preferred.
