Responsibilities:
Exp: 10+ year
- Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle.
- Manage Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll Modules.
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them.
- Experience in at least three or more Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation & Support projects.
- Prior experience leading ERP implementations/support.
- Must have experience as Data Conversion Lead in Oracle Cloud implementation project
- Solid understanding of how data is validated and loaded into Oracle Cloud ERP
- Certified in Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred
- Hands on experience with Oracle R12 is desired.
