Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to provide technical support and administration for a range of engineering, photogrammetric, and CADD-related applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting specialized software environments, managing licenses, and providing help desk, desktop, and system-level support within a collaborative enterprise setting.
Scope of Services:
Photogrammetric Applications
Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for client configurations and upgrades.
Act as a liaison for problem resolution with external entities.
Applications include (but are not limited to): ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, Feature Collection, DTM Collection, Digital Mensuration, Automatic Elevations, and Image Analyst.
Raster Products
Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for configurations and upgrades.
Applications include: Bentley Descartes.
CADD / Engineering Design Software
Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for configurations and upgrades.
Act as a liaison for issue resolution with external partners.
Applications include: ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, InRoads Bridge, OpenRoads Bridge, InRoads Survey, OpenRoads Survey, and Bluebeam.
Engineering Project Management Software
Provide first-level help desk support for configurations and upgrades.
Applications include: Bentley ProjectWise.
Plotter Software
Support client and server configurations and upgrades, including integration with plot drivers and devices.
Applications include: ProjectWise Interplot.
Licensing Support
Maintain software license pools for CADD and engineering applications.
Interface with vendors for updates, renewals, and issue resolution.
Vendors include (but are not limited to): Visual 10 Lighting, Altiva, AutoCAD, Bentley, Bluebeam, Ensoft, ETAP, FB-Multipier, GeoCue, Global Mapper, Lusas, PTV, and Sidra Solutions.
GIS Support
Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for GIS-related software.
Products include: ESRI ArcGIS, Global Mapper.
Desktop & Hardware Support
Provide second-level support for Microsoft operating systems and applications (including Microsoft Office).
Support engineering workstations, desktops, and laptops (Lenovo, Dell, etc.).
Troubleshoot and configure associated applications, drivers, BIOS software, and peripheral devices.
Provide support for large-format plotters and scanners (OCE, Canon, and similar).
Enterprise & Project Support
Assist with planning and implementation of workstation and computer deployments.
Provide input on server specifications, requirements, and system upgrades.
Required Expertise & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Bentley ProjectWise Administration
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Photogrammetric software installation and maintenance
Minimum 1 year of experience in Bentley MicroStation CADD Management (application and system support in a shared network environment)
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting CADD applications on MicroStation (such as InRoads and Interplot)
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting large-format plotters and scanners in a managed CADD environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-application/vendor license management
Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Planning and Management
Minimum 1 year of experience installing and supporting Bluebeam software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Preferred Certifications:
Bentley Certifications (MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Management)
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
CompTIA Certifications (A+, Network+)
