We are looking for an experienced OMS Migration Specialist to lead the transition of our Order Management System from IBM Sterling OMS to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) OMS.
This role requires deep expertise in both platforms, with strong hands-on experience in system architecture, data migration, integration, and process alignment across enterprise functions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of order lifecycle management, fulfillment workflows, and omnichannel commerce operations.
Responsibilities will include assessing the existing Sterling OMS implementation, designing migration strategies, mapping and transforming data to SFCC OMS, and ensuring all integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways are transitioned smoothly.
The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, logistics, and IT, to minimize disruption and ensure business continuity during the migration.
A successful candidate will have extensive experience in REST/SOAP APis, middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, and data handling tools including SQL and ETL frameworks.
Familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, Salesforce Order APis, and multi-channel fulfillment models is essential. Salesforce certifications and experience in Agile delivery environments are a plus.
This is a critical role in a high-visibility transformation initiative, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our order management ecosystem.
