SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire a talented Field/Printer Technician for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity! This is an onsite/traveling role in the Boston, MA area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Field/Printer Technician will trouble shoot and resolve printer hardware equipment problems
- Experience in servicing Canon printers/copiers
- Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
- Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
- Customer Service oriented
- Must have Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation
