What you will do:

• Assist clients confidently in understanding their requests
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to technology devices
• Provide proactive and reactive support for client needs, including:
  • Networks
  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Applications
  • Phones
  • Tablets
  • Email
• Document tasks in detail
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Apply intermediate knowledge of networking and Windows domain environments
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
