Job Description:

Overview: Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with expertise in the supply chain replenishment space and a strong background in AI algorithms. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of product strategies to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for supply chain replenishment, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • AI Algorithm Integration: Lead the integration of AI algorithms into supply chain replenishment processes, leveraging machine learning techniques to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand accurately, and streamline supply chain operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in supply chain replenishment in designated markets.
  • Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives, and communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of supply chain replenishment products, and track performance against targets to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products or features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain replenishment processes, including inventory management and demand forecasting
  • Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in supply chain replenishment.
