RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Product Analyst for an onsite position with a client in the Kansas City, MO area.
Responsibilities:
* Product Analyst will coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (legal, forecasting, IT, Accounting Tech, etc.)
* Assist in the development and documentation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes
* Maintain and update documentation related to processes, procedures, and best practices
* Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
* As a Product Analyst, you will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
* Provide support to team members and stakeholders as required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2-3 years of professional working experience in a similar role
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
* Knowledge of project management tools and software
* Familiarity with legal, forecasting, IT, and accounting processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
