Job Details

Must haves:

  • Solid experience as a dedicated, hands-on Agile coach
  • Strong background in Agile coaching and developing people and teams
  • Personality is important. Be pragmatic and realize that Agile & Waterfall both exist & are critical to their Center for Delivery Excellence.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of Agile practices
  • Strong influencing skills without having control/authority
  • Excellent communication/people skills
  • Full commitment to Agile practice, including terminology & mindset
  • Be able to provide guidance on framework such as logging, exceptions, refactoring goal is to reduce technical debt
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required
  • 7+ years professional experience or demonstrated Business acumen
  • Must be local to Wisconsin so can be onsite in Hybrid position. 2-3 days per week
  • Prior hands-on experience working as a product owner and or scrum master
  • Understand Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration Continuous Development (CICD)
  • Assess & enhance Agile maturity of teams
  • Attend & assess team during Agile events
  • Ensure Agile dashboards are completed at the end of each Sprint (SCRUM)
  • Facilitate additional metrics collection in partnership with Scrum Master
  • Work with Agile Enterprise Coaches to complete metrics roll-up
  • Identify ongoing training needs for teams
  • Share findings with Agile center of excellence

  • * CI Tools Experience Jenkins, Github, SonarQube/Crucible etc
  • * Continuous Deployment with a focus on push-button releases (any tool)
  • * Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • * User Story Writing Guiding the product owners to write Vision statements, OKRs, Translate OKRs into Epics, Slice Epics into user stories, Acceptance criteria, BDD (optional)
