Job Description:

Primary Skill : SD-WAN, WAN

Key Responsibilities:

1) Proactive Problem Management

Conduct proactive problem management and trend analysis to prevent issues before they impact service.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution of recurring problems.

2) High-Level Network Topology Documentation

Work with Customer technical teams to document the customer's network architecture

Ensure that network diagrams and topology documentation are detailed, accurate, and updated according to customer-defined schedules and specifications.

Prepare and schedule necessary activities and documentation to initiate project work

3) Extended Responsibilities :

SLA Compliance and Service Improvement

Review SLA compliance reports, including Service Desk SLAs, on behalf of customer.

Administer SLA provisions and incorporate performance outcomes into service Improvements plans.

Identify network components at risk or performing below SLA, and develop mitigation strategies.

4) Schedule & Engagement Management:

Plan effort levels for in-scope activities

Track deliverables, timelines and review schedules.

Meet with customer to finalize TCA activities, deliverables and project parameters prior to project initiation

Facilitate planning meetings to align on scope and expectations.

7) Customer Enablement

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer adoption and utilization of tools.

Drive initiatives to empower customers with technical tools and resources.

Identify required documentation (e.g., policies, white papers standards)

Coordinate people resources such as system managers and administrators

Ensure access to system, networks, training, and related tools

Establish project goals and scope in coordination with services, locations, and user groups.

Several Years of experience in client engagement , Network operations, technical project coordination

Experience in Networking, SDWAN, WAN products
