Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability
- Collaborate with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases
- Perform and analyze power test cases, review results, and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
- Debug complex issues at the system and component level (including MOSFETs, inductors, capacitors, power supplies, etc.)
- Leverage automation to implement test strategies and improve productivity
- Test product compliance to internal specs and industry standards
- Provide detailed issue mitigation and drive issues to closure
- Document test plans, procedures, and test reports
- Assist with root cause analysis of power supply issues and support customer escalations
- Strong professional and technical competence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, digital voltage meter, phase gain analyzer, programmable AC sources)
- Analog background experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university, or as a power validation engineer at the component level
- Experience in test automation, including planning, assessments, and script development
- Professional written and interpersonal skills for team and engineering communication
