Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining our development, testing, and deployment processes by using cloud platform and CI/CD tools.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating security practices into our development and operations workflows, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities:

• Capable of the systematic conversion of customer requirements into a total system solution.
• Utilize AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automating the provisioning and management of AWS infrastructure.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, and other related tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate security controls and checks at various stages of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure software delivery.
• Introduce security tools and practices into the DevOps pipeline, including static code analysis, container security scanning, and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and enhance security measures throughout the SDLC.
• Work with Docker and AWS ECS or Kubernetes to containerize applications and orchestrate container deployments.
• Implement security best practices for containerized applications.
• Implement and configure AWS security services such as AWS WAF, AWS Inspector, and AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field with more than 7 year of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, BitBucket.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
• Experience with AWS security services and features.
• Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.
• Professional experience of containerization technologies Docker, Helm and orchestration tools (ECS, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security tools (SonarQube, Twistlock, Fortify) for vulnerability scanning and static code analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
