Title: AI/ML Engineer with Google ADK
Location: Austin TX or Sunnyvale CA (Hybrid)

Generic Job Description
- Handson Machine Learning Experience in terms of full lifecycle of Developing/Training/Evaluating/Deploying Models
- Experience on Google Cloud Platform AI services (Vertex AI, Contact Centre AI, Document AI to name a few)
- Experience with Gen AI
- Mandatory skills:- AI/ML and Google ADK.
- Ability to lead the customer in terms of developing a branching / labeling strategy for the broader production project
- Develop and manage data models, ontology layers, and transform logic to support analytical use cases.
- Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of ML models and algorithms.
- Design and implement ML workflows, including generative AI, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines, that address key business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, data, and engineering, to understand business needs and translate them into ML solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and AI and integrate new technologies and methods as applicable .
- Contribute to the development of data governance, access control, and auditing mechanisms.
